How to get access

Reporting APIs are not yet generally available. Please record interest in early access here

In order to start generating reports from DoorDash’s Reporting API, you will need all of the following:

  1. A DoorDash Developer Account with approved access
  2. A JWT Bearer Token
  3. DoorDash Store IDs & Business IDs assigned to your generated JWT Bearer Token

Approved DoorDash Developer Account​

To get started you must first confirm that your request has been approved

DoorDash Bearer Token​

You will be able to generate your JWT token as soon as your request for access has been approved. By default, the token will give you access to send requests to our endpoints. If you receive a 403 response during your Create Report request then a store in your request has not been assigned to your token yet.

DoorDash Store and Business Mapping to Token​

Once you have your token, you will be able to begin requesting data after 1-2 business days of your account approval.

If you have a DoorDash account owner, your Account Owner will be responsible for the list of stores that you will receive access for.
