DoorDash Integrations Program

Overview

DoorDash works with integration partners that help merchants connect their POS or Middleware partners and ordering and operations tools to DoorDash. Merchant growth isn't just about Marketplace delivery — it's also about in-store visits and orders from their own website. That's why the DoorDash Integrations Program is expanding in 2027.

Instead of a single Preferred tier, partners now choose the integration path that fits their merchants' needs: support for the DoorDash Marketplace, support for merchants' owned channels, or both.

Introducing the New Tier Structure

There are three levels in the evolved framework:

  • Certified remains the baseline standard every partner must meet to participate in DoorDash Marketplace
  • Preferred
    • Marketplace Preferred for high quality DoorDash Marketplace integrations
    • OmniChannel Preferred for deeper support of merchants' owned channels
  • Platinum investing in both Marketplace Preferred and OmniChannel Preferred reach our top designation with new exclusive benefits

DoorDash Integrations Program tier structure: Certified is the baseline, Preferred splits into Marketplace Preferred and OmniChannel Preferred, and Platinum sits at the top for partners investing in both Preferred paths

Your 2027 requirements and timing

To maintain or grow your 2027 status at each tier, Partners must meet the following requirements:

  • All partners must agree to DoorDash's standard terms and conditions to participate in the DoorDash Integrations Program.
  • All partners have until April 1, 2027 to: (1) build certified and required Marketplace Preferred features, and (2) sign standard terms for OmniChannel Preferred (which will require building and certification to be completed by October 1, 2027).
  • Partners who achieve Preferred or Platinum status by April 1, 2027 will be announced at the National Restaurant Association and in external communications in May 2027.

Why these changes matter

Merchants choose partners they can trust to get the details right – accurate orders, dependable catering, and a seamless experience online and in-store. These updates raise that bar, and reward the partners who meet it. The more you invest, the more visibility, support, and growth you unlock alongside us.
