Integration Platform Migration
What partners need to know about DoorDash's move to a unified integration platform
Overview
DoorDash is unifying its technical stack across its three brands — DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo (collectively referred to as Dash) — to build a globally consistent integration platform. This doc explains what's changing, what it means for your integration, and the rollout timeline so you know what to expect and who to contact if something looks off.
What's Changing
We're consolidating the order integration infrastructure that currently runs separately across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo into a single, unified platform. Once complete, this unlocks (in later phases):
- Faster go-to-market for integration features across all geographies
- Upleveled reliability and quality standards across all regions
What This Means for You
We are not expecting any change to the integration functionality between your systems and Dash. Here's how we're validating that:
- Shadow comparison testing — Before any production traffic is moved, we run shadow comparison tests to verify that the new unified path honors the same integration contracts as the current production flow.
- Pilot monitoring — There may be a small number of edge cases that shadow tests can't fully capture. During the pilot production cut-over, our team monitors closely. We also ask that you monitor your systems during this phase and promptly report any discrepancies.
Tip: No action is required on your end prior to the pilot cut-over. Just make sure your on-call team is aware of the pilot window and ready to flag any anomalies.
Reporting Discrepancies
If you observe any unexpected behavior during or after a cut-over phase, submit a request through Developer Portal support.

Next Steps for Partners
- No action is required on your end prior to the pilot cut-over.
- Make sure your on-call team is aware of the pilot window and ready to flag any anomalies.
- Watch for a follow-up reminder 1 day before each major cut-over phase.
FAQ
Q: Will this change how I integrate with DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo? A: No functional change is expected to the integration contract between your systems and Dash. The migration moves the underlying infrastructure, not the integration surface you build against.
Q: What should I do if I notice unexpected behavior during a cut-over? A: Submit a request right away through Developer Portal support so it can be investigated during the pilot window.
